Great battery life and easy to comfy to use.

I opened the box very carefully so as not to tear it. I handled the device very carefully as well. I was offered a partial refund. The device did not work for my purposes as it would not connect to a Sega Genesis mini. That part is my fault but the return policy is really poor considering the expected standard for returning electronics in like new condition. The box would have to be sold as open box to be truthful. I don't like giving negative reviews but I feel this is unacceptable.

ive bought two separate controllers from this company, and while they are perfectly fine as controllers both have had significant analogue stick problems that started fairly quickly after purchase which have resulted in making some games unplayable

Hasn't let me down yet. Registers as an Xbox controller when wireless so a lot of things are compatible with it
