1. How can I check on the status of my order?

If you have created a login at check out you can simply log into your account and check the status of your items. If you did not create a login. Please contact our customer service. Email: shop@8bitdo.com

2. Which payment method you can accept?

 Only can accept PayPal for the payment.

3. When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped ASAP. Monday - Friday  9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

4. Where can I get replacement parts?

Please contact Support for all missing parts.

5. My products are not working properly, how can I get a replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty?

Please contact our customer service and someone will contact you within 48 hours.

6. The product I want is out of stock. How do I order it?

We apologize for any inconvenience if the product is not available. Please send us your details by email toshop@8bitdo.com, and we will notify you when the product is available.

7. What is the return policy?

Products purchased from 8BitDo come with a 30 Day Return Policy. If the product you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase.You will need to cover the shipping cost when returning an item. Due to safety reasons all returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original, unopened packaging. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for opened, damaged or incomplete product returns. If the product is not in original condition, please email us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary shipping costs. There is a 25% service and repacking charge for any items which are returned with damaged external packaging, so please take care when packaging any returns. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or a curies that provides tracking. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
