8BitDo M30

I kept hearing hardcore game maniacs talk about how they prefer the Saturn controller, so I figured at this price, I might as well give it a shot to see what the fuss is about. I never actually played a Saturn, so I can't compare 8BitDo's controller to the original product, but this one does feel great. I use it for all my 2D games besides fighters, but if I didn't have access to my stick, I would have no problem using this one instead. The control pad is wide and you can feel the rocker click, so tactile feedback accompanies every directional input. The buttons are chunky and raised just enough to easily slide my thumb from one to the other without feeling like I might miss one. The linear A B C layout took only a little getting used to. So did the blob-like shape, but that's only because I've been maining a PS2 controller for almost 20 years. I do not use it in Bluetooth mode, but it's cool to have it as an option. Great controller all in all. I'll probably buy another just for the different color.

D-pad feels just like the smaller Saturn one and feels great everything about this controller is amazing and the different modes to connect to different devices

The only issue is that it doesn't work perfectly with the analog pocket. Except that, I love to use it.

This controller is perfect for any fighter. I’ve been playing with it on Ultimate Mortal Kombat, Marvel vs Capcom 2, and Street Fighter Alpha 3 and it’s a dream. Feels very much like a Sega Saturn or Genesis 6 button controller from back then. I love the connectivity of all my 8bitdo products and will continue to buy from them!
