Never even received my controller.
I'll never even consider ordering from this company again, now.
What a waste of money

This was pretty much unplayable from the get go because any time a game initiated rumble, the controller uncontrollably shakes and vibrates to the point i can barely hold it. i asked for a refund but the customer service wanted to jump through a bunch of hoops to prove it was faulty. Customers should be able to try products and not like them and not get stuck with it! I will not be buying from 8bitdo again due to this restrictive return policy.

Items were out of stock and I never received the other item

Good quality, works straight out the box, very comfortable to use.

I really liked how It looks and feels, great controller for the price
