You have one of the worst customer support I've ever experienced.

First, was sent a defective product. Customer support then agreed to send a replacement which did not make it through customs in China on your end

Was then given a code and told to re-order the item. However, the code I was given had expired and didn't work.

We are weeks since I made the order and we are nowhere close to resolving anything.

Without a doubt one of the worst companies and support out there.

Buyer beware.
