Ordered the wrong controller version by accident. Reached out through email to start a refund and was met with no response. Very poor customer service.

This 8Bitdo Ultimate 2C Controller is the best upgrade to the original Ultimate Controller. It has the same form factor, but moves the back buttons to the shoulders as additional shoulder buttons. This makes the controller more ergonomic as you can fully grip the controller handles without accidently pressing in the back buttons on the first model.

It's a great price for what it does, works well, it's just the colour options aren't great

Function and build wise it’s a great controller. In fact comfort wise it is perfect. All buttons are clicks but soft enough to not hurt my hands.

The only down side is when connected to switch wirelessly, it doesn’t always automatically connect to console after “shake to wake”. Even if it doesn’t always automatically, it is extremely slow. We are looking at about 20-30 seconds. Hopefully it is just my unit. Or fixed with firmware
