8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless Controller (PC)

In my opinion, 8BitDo makes the best controllers around, and this is no exception. The controller works perfectly and feels great.

The controller on pc with the dongle is fantastic, the software could be better. But the Bluetooth feature absolutely sucks. On pc it is completely unusable on BT so if I wanna use it on another pc I need to take the dongle with me.

I bought a 2.4 ghz wireless controller and after a lengthy wait finally got it only to find that it did not come with the included 2.4 ghz adapter. I messaged support and what followed was a miserable experience of getting an email every 4 or 5 days over the course of a month before they finally said they would ship me a new adapter. They then proceeded to ask if they had the right shipping address and sent the entirely wrong address, which makes no sense since I got the controller so they must have my address, and then never responded to me noting they had the wrong address. I got a confirmation that they shipped the replacement but the tracking link is broken so I don't even know if they shipped it to the right house. I'm reasonably happy with my wired controller but I bought a wireless one and customer service this bad is just completely unreasonable.

But I haven't received the controller yet

Overall I recommend. My hands hurt after 5+ hours of using them in one sitting, and they will randomly turn off/on (beeping). It doesn't affect anything from what I can tell, but the beeping is annoying.
