I’ve made a Reddit post about this controller and had an overwhelming display of positive comments. I love this product. However, there are things that I feel should be considered in future models. 1. Diagonals are a bit sticky due to the shape of the Dpad buttons round bottom (point that faces circuit board). I think it might be a good idea to look at ideal controllers for most applications which have a small bit of wear. This might also be fixed if you make the dpad a bit larger OR make the shell fit the button better, as the opening is a bit large. 2. Offer an option that completely removes turbo. Reason being is that many retro players are speedrunners and turbo is often banned from the runs, while “just not using it” may be a option for some, it might make runners hesitant to purchase this at the risk of having runs disqualified. 3. Give options for custom button/shell colors and charge at a premium. I’d spend an extra 30 dollars for a controller that had my preference of color! Well done 8bitdo!
