The ribbon cable doesn’t fit

The cable being shipped with the kit doesn’t fit without modifying the controller. When I contacted support about this, and showed photographs to prove it didn’t fit, I was told to buy a new ribbon cable for $5. Fuck that. Make parts that fit. Even the image used in the installation instructions doesn’t look like the ribbon cable being shipped with the kit. Bullshit product, which is a shame because I usually like 8BitDo
