Is a pretty good mod, great to purchase if you have a spare controller that you want to use again. I had some problems with the new membranes i bought for it, turns out aftermarked membranes have a smaller pad and this mod doesn't like it at all, at least for the dpad, since the buttons work fine

Sometimes the controller drops out randomly and it seems like the battery may not last as long as advertised. I could be just losing track of time with the games in their defense. It would be interesting to see a larger battery with this mod though.

I wanted an as close to OEM as possible wireless controller option for my SNES Classic Edition and opted to convert an original with this kit since they're cheaper and easier to find. This kit makes it super easy. It's easily reversible, too.

My only nitpick is with the charging solution. The barrel jack is a good compromise to avoid needing to modify the controller shell, but the included cable is super short. It should be 3-4 times longer to work with a variety of setups. That said if you're interested in a somewhat niche product like this you probably won't have any trouble sourcing a cheap USB extension cable to get all the extra length you need.

Spent a few hundo w this company over the past year on controllers ajd mod kits, even sent a bunch of friends to them. Last controller they sent was broken. Reached out, they gave me an email i emailed, no response. Enjoying my nice new damaged controller....decided to biy a replacement while issue got sorted out, never did, was ignored. New controller arrived w human snot or what i assume is human snot on it in box. Reached out again...crickets, not even a reply. This went from my favorite company to a company i percieve as a joke within a few weeks. Shame cus i once held them & theyre products in higher regard than that of oem controllers. Theyre great til they mess up then they will ignore you and refuse to fix the issue. Unfortunate, they were once the best now i can honestly not say that anymore
