A bit difficult to disassemble the Ultimate Controller

I'm fine for the purchase experience.
When I try to exchange this button rubber, the fitting is so tight and was difficult to purge them. After finish the rework, button feeling much better than before.
So I hope it will be easier to disassemble. Thank you.

Dealing with 8bitdo's BULLSHIT

I was asked to write a review on the accessories for the Ultimate Bluetooth controller. Only thing is, I still don't have the items because this company sells their shitty controllers that KEEP DISCONNECTING (despite keeping both controller and adapter updated) in my country via a third party, but they're quick to tell me to fuck off when I ordered their aftermarket accessories, which forced me to have it shipped to an US warehouse, which then shipped it out to Brazil. How could you do that 8bitdo? If you don't want to sell your accessories in this country, then why sell your shitty controllers? Quite honestly, you don't deserve any star. Ever since I bought this controller, you've never failed to disappoint. You're a disgrace and that's a fact.
