8BitDo Wrist Rest for Keyboards

I got the 8BitDo wrist rest to go with my Fami-themed keyboard, and it's doing the job well. It's soft and comfortable to use for long periods and fits the theme.

The item never arrived to my address or my mailbox. When it showed as delivered I reached out to support at 8BitDo and 30 days later I still have not received a refund or a replacement item. Instead I was told that I have to put in a claim with the US postal service, too bad I don't have any shipping info. All the shipping info is for a third party Chinese company. Response time from support has been delayed too. This is unfortunate since I really like my 8BitDo keyboard. I guess I can only buy their products off of Amazon...DO NOT BUY DIRECT!

Feels great and looks lovely! If you need it, this is a must buy!
