Ordered 8BitDo controller dongle. Tracking info has shown "in between facilities" for weeks. Tried to make contact for info, have not received response yet.

I will be asking for a refund either from 8BitDo or my credit card company, I will make a fraud claim if necessary.

The purchase process was fine, but I received a different product than what I ordered

I requested the items somewhat in April or May via AliExpress Chat. Sadly I had to repeatedly request the offer to these items. In the end it took several months 😞

The replacement part arrived quickly and works perfectly.
