I first ordered a P1 button for my ultimate controller and although my controller was on warranty they asked me to pay the costs amd the shipping for the button. And after i received it ( it was in white ) and thats not all. There was no instructions on how to conmect it and with no way to figure it out i ended up breaking my controller. And after all that i threw it in the trash. U would think that they would have at least given me a new controller to makenup for all the time lost plus my controller getting broken in the process but no… all they offered was a new P1 controller also not forget to mention this process took almost 2 months. I will never but anything from this company again!
