Ordered the wrong one and Support is ghosting me

Contacted support for a missing wireless dongle for my arcade stick, they helped me pretty fast and the one they sent arrived fast and works like a charm. Love you 8bitdo!

I lost my dongle for the numb pad. I reached out to the company and even though they said that they didn’t have it at the time, they would reach out to me when they had it. I honestly wasn’t expecting that they would and it surprised me weeks later telling me I was able to buy it. I ordered that day and it took several weeks, but my number pad is now complete. Yes, I was able to use it without the dongle, but the fact that I lost it bothered me. I like to have my things complete, especially if I’m the one that lost it.
