I wanted some extra batteries for the new XBox controller chargers. They weren’t listed as for sale individually so I contacted support. The 8BitDo reps set up a purchase for me and I had a couple of extra batteries a few days later. Great customer support. Thanks!

The thumbsticks arrived yesterday (due to Correios's long delivery time) and they're a bit lighter than I hoped but definitely the closest to the original SF30 sticks (I compared the color to all 3 of the other SN30 models I own). 8bitdo was very nice to sell them to me given the circumstances of my country. Now I just hope I don't break my controller when trying to replace them haha
