8BitDo Ultimate 2.4G Controller with Charging Dock (Hall Effect joysticks)

The back buttons can't be programmed to hold when mapping is assigned. They are only able to register as a quick button press. For example, I like programming a back button as a hold to sprint option, this cannot be accomplished.

When I tried to process a return, 8BitDo explained that shipping to China would be more expensive than the product, so I should seek out local re-sale.

Limitations on the feature I was interested in.
Poor customer support.

Bought it as a substitute for a Xbox One controller, used it for many years, one of the most comfortable controllers i have ever used. Till the 8BitDo Ultimate 2.4G, is so light and feels so good in my hands, the buttons are perfectly placed and the battery lasts forever, i chose a purple one, looks so very good. 8BitDo will be my preferred brand of controller from now on. So glad i bought it.

Controller is well made and everything. Though you should name your controllers better since I bought this originally to work on Nintendo Switch for Christmas and it does not work on it. I swear a lot of your controllers have too similar naming conventions.
