There's a design flaw in the triggers for the ultimate controller series that seems to affect those who game hard with the trigger buttons. After a bit of research (https://www.reddit.com/r/8bitdo/comments/1ffg91t/ultimate_controllers_have_trigger_failures/), I discovered that some hot glue and these new trigger pads would resolve the issue if you don't mind the DIY and the opportunity to thoroughly clean a controller. So far, so good. I hope the issue gets re-engineered in the next version of an otherwise fantastic controller!

Received this email asking for review however, latest email I received before this one is that my order is being prepared a month ago.

I was sent the rubber for the direction pads. Not the triggers.

the rubber peice here cracked, causing inaccurate and unreliable right analog trigger input, was better to just replace the broken piece quickly and hop back into the action and i am glad replacement repair parts are available for the product. I am saving the remaining piece for when another goes out
