8BitDo N30 2.4G Wireless Mouse

We purchased 8bit equipment for competitions in schools but mistakenly bought a controller that is not compatible with Windows (even via USB). The customer support was unsatisfactory, and we couldn’t return it. It's a shame, as the products seem good, but the customer service is disappointing. We will likely look for other solutions.

Feels cheap compared to other components, is uncomfortable to use and if you try…try to return it’s a a whole process and the packaging has to be perfect they say so assume to resell it.

you are buying this for the way it looks, which is amazing. all the buttons work as described, albeit without premium ergonomics, but look at the thing. one thing I would like is an easy way to reprogram the buttons, as they don't all show up as mouse buttons, so some software for that would be nice. other than that, it's a functional mouse that looks like an nes controller. excellent.

I love the look of this mouse. I don't regret buying it but it's not great for my daily use. I use the Logitech MX3 mouse which is very comfortable. My hand doesn't fit well on the 8bitdo and it was painful after 10 minutes. However my 6 year old son loves it. Looks amazing and the touch scroll feature is perfect. The d pad on the side is perfect too. To be specific the curve of the mouse, or the hump, is too large for me to rest my hand on it. I have large hands too. It's the angle of the curve and button placement for me that's a deal breaker.
