8BitDo Retro Mechanical Keyboard

As expected the keyboard was perfect for its price and the sounds are so clean too. I recommend this for anyone with a budget

After my work keyboard starting to slowly fail (the I key wouldn't register unless I tapped it three times, the A key stopped working entirely, etc), I reached out to people who know and love keyboards for a replacement. I was quickly pointed to 8BitDo. After looking up reviews (written and on YouTube), I made my purchase. I am glad I followed up on the recommendation. The keyboard was easy to set up (the instructions are concise and helpful) and it is lovely to work on while typing. The aesthetic is charming and retro, the design of the entire keyboard is well made, and I have yet to find a flaw.

the expedition was really long like 25 days for me(I'm in Paris France) but the keyboard and the accessories are really cool and good quality

I ordered two things, a keyboard and a numpad, and the numpad never arrived. When I contacted customer service to ask what happened I wasn’t answered until I followed up asking them for a refund. I was met with refusal to do so and insisting it was delivered. This is flat out not true. And I have a ring camera so i know it wasn’t stolen or picked up by a neighbor like was suggested when I once again asked for a refund. I won’t be buying anything from this company again which is a shame because there are some really cool products. And I still want my money back!

I'm super happy with this keyboard, and that's about it!
