I currently use this with my real Sega Saturn through a BlueRetro adapter. It had to be configured as a PS4 controller, but other than that - it was quite straightforward to get working. Thanks for bringing out products like these!

The positions of the tact switches for the shoulder buttons are not correct and the shoulder buttons cannot be input. As a response, the heights of the tact switches are extended by about 2 mm using plastic rods. I'm satisfied with everything else.

It's awesome to use a Saturn controller with your favorite games. Just make sure to update the controller to the latest firmware. I was having issues with some games where the controller would register up inputs constantly. Everything was fine after updating it.
