8BitDo Retro Keycaps

I would have gladly given 5 stars because I find 8BitDo products to be of high quality. However, the customer support is terrible. I placed an order for over $500 but made a mistake, and there was no way to exchange the items. We are a company that works with other businesses and educational institutions. We were considering investing in 8BitDo products, but we'll pass for now because their customer service does not meet our expectations. It's a shame because the products themselves are excellent.

If you're looking for a retro NES look for your keyboard, it doesn't get better than these. I paired them with TTC Magneto switches on my Wooting 60HE (OG) with stock 4mm stabs and have zero issues. No need to rotate the switches, no need to change to 3.5mm stabs, no binding. Everything works great. Highly recommended.

As stated in emails, the spare caps lock keycap with the slope does not only not the 8bitdo keyboard you're wanting to buy the keys for in the first place but it also did not work with any similar 3rd party keyboards with the same key molds.

I asked for a fix to this situation and was told 'sorry, those specific keys were meant for 3rd party' THEN WHY AM I BUYING KEYCAPS FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT. i expected all those keys to fit the 8bitdo keyboard, not be sold unusable keycaps.
