Delivery failed - no compensation

The shippoing failed after over a month of waiting and no compensation was offered apart from the money back on the parts - but not the shipping, meaning I have to pay the shipping twice.

A bit difficult to disassemble the Ultimate Controller

I'm fine for the purchase experience.
When I try to exchange this button rubber, the fitting is so tight and was difficult to purge them. After finish the rework, button feeling much better than before.
So I hope it will be easier to disassemble. Thank you.
