8BitDo Lite SE 2.4G Wireless Controller for Xbox

I had de quervains tenosynovitis through both thumbs, meaning my thumbs and wrists could not take any weight or strain. This controller can sit flat on a desk or table to take the weight, and the buttons all being on the face means I can access all buttons + joysticks without needing my thumbs at all. I was able to remap the controls to favor my left hand, which worked better, and have the right use one of the included super buttons, since I didn't need dexterity for that. Even action-packed rougelikes were comfortable this way, and I couldn't be happier, after having to give up my favorite games for so long with my injuries.

Perfekt to have 3dstick and extrabuttens under the Keyboard. In Starcitizen you can combine keyboard mouse, and gamepad at the same time.
