I have an open complaint with 8BitDo customer support and the delivery company UniUni, which has yet to be resolved after several weeks. So unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the product.

One suggestion

First of all I want to say I love this product. It's made very well. But one suggestion I have is to make the prongs or arms a little longer so they can hold a cell phone that has a case on it. My old case for my phone wouldn't fit so I had to buy a new one that was thinner and isn't as protective.
