Faulty product

Terrible items do not purchase as they do not function. After repeated trials it is impossible to get the controls to connect wirelessly for more than 15min. After replacing the ribbon cables which were said to be faulty and spending more money I am still faced with a product that doesn’t function as stated. Would be nice to receive a refund from 8bitDo for the $100 spent in this functionless product.
