Still haven't received the order. Tracking shows still in transit.

This controller is a great little controller, but it is very difficult to get working out of the box without upgrading the firmware. It isn't clearly shown how to do that in the instructions or what to download or from where, I downloaded the wrong thing first time and then had to get on the facebook group to ask and found out a lot of people downloaded the same thing I did, but it is something else.

Once I got it downloaded everything was great. I own a lot of 8BitDo controllers, these are really nice.

SUGGESTION FOR 8BITDO: Spend the time/effort/money to put a piece of paper in the box with clear instructions on what firmware to download for the different products, where to get it and how to do it. It would literally cost you two cents per package to do this and you would make customers happy.

The difficulty and frustration with the firmware is the ONLY reason this did not get a 5 star review.

Had some issues updating firmware but eventually got it to work and it is a nice co troller.

Shipping issues. Have yet to receive the controller.
