This is the 3rd controller I've purchased from 8bitdo. My first is still kicking. I purchased a second for my wife, which had to be RMA'd, and now the replaced one is dying, so I purchased this one for her as a replacement. All in all they're solid controllers, and we use them for our PCs as well as multiple consoles. If it weren't for the 2nd controller i purchased having to be RMA'd and that one also dying, I'd definitely give them 5 stars.

Really love the green color. It was a limited edition item that I left in my cart until payday. Which was a mistake. It was sold out a couple days later when I went to pay for it. I messaged customer service and asked if they had any extra and the website was just showing no listings, and they messaged me as soon as more were in stock so I could buy it. Love the triggers and the Hall effect joysticks. Been great to play some arcade/platformers with.
Back paddle on right diesnt always work and controller arrived w sticky residue on new product, ive spent a few hundred w this brand and i never had an issue until this. I reached out to 8bitdo but all they said was its not their fault and contact whoever i bought it from not them. I was like hey i bought this directly off yalls website, just like every controller, reciever, mid kit and all parts i have ever purchased ive done directly off 8bitdos website directly. Was pretty gross to be a multi repeat customer, spend 50 bucks on a new controller and it comes to you(me) covered in sticky gross residue... not what ive come to expect from them and not a care. Oh trigger was also broken uponst arrival, tried to reach out to customer support unfortunately nobody cared to make anything happen or to help me w this issue, the resonse was basically too bad sucks for u we got our moneu now go away. As a small buisness owner i know from experience 80% of any buisness is repeat buisness. I went from telling everyone about their products to now after now they handled this issue by nit caring and basically ignoring the fact it happened, im probably not going to buy as much from them or reccomend them. I wish this was a better experience but they emailed me asking for feedback after not adressing my issue so heres ur desired feedback.
