The best controller

I was very unsure about the 8bitdo’s layout because all I ever knew was the PS5’s layout but after getting the Genshin Impact Version of 8bit do Ultimate, i just had to get the white one as well. Now me and my husband are only playing on 8bitdo. I got used to the controller so quickly and it’s way more comfortable to hold and play on than my previous controllers. I had 0 issues with it so far and the fact that it has an dongle and bluetooth is amazing. It works splendidly on iphone. Also I truly love the packaging ??? Case check. controller check. Cable check. Dongle check. Back buttons - check. I selected this one for the hall effect joystick and I believe it will truly enhance my experience with controllers. I am way more than satisfied!!!

Terrible ethics

Companies with customer service as terrible as yours are the reason Amazon has destroyed so many businesses.

Simple, Clean, To the point

to keep things brief, the big draw of this controller is its ease of connectivity, just slot the USB receiver in and you're all good. I haven't used the Bluetooth connectivity, but I don't imagine its by any means bad or ineffective.

If you're at all used to an Xbox controller, you'll be right at home with this thing, and its noticeably cheaper to boot (not accounting for sales of course).

Overall excellent controller at a great price

Very happy with this controller, the joysticks, overall feel and quality. I give 5-stars because this controllers Dpad is worse and a bit mushier than other versions of this exact same controller for some reason.

Pretty disappointing

Main issues for me are:
- controller just isn't comfortable for me
- sticks have no grip so your thumb just slides of if trying to use fine control
- buttons can't be mapped. They can be swapped or duplicated, but I just wanted the back paddles to be separate buttons to map additional functions in games.
- face buttons are too small
- feels quite cheap.
