8BitDo Ultimate Controller Joystick Rubber Replacement（2 PCS）

I own the 8BitDo Ultimate 3-Mode Controller for Xbox (Model: 81HB), which uses Hall Effect joysticks. Unfortunately, I lost one of the original thumbstick caps and have been trying to find a proper replacement.

I initially ordered a thumbstick cap set from your official repair parts store, but I later discovered those are for potentiometer-based sticks (non-Hall Effect). The cap does not fit my controller — the locking mechanism and shape are different.

I’ve since learned that there is currently no Hall Effect thumbstick cap replacement listed on your website. I’m reaching out to ask:
1. Do you have any official Hall Effect-compatible thumbstick caps available for individual sale?
2. If not listed online, would it be possible to purchase one directly through support?

While I was traveling for work, my 8bitdo joysticks were broken in my bag. These replacements were affordable and easy to change out myself due to the excellent build design of the 8bitdo Ultimate.
