8BitDo Mod Kit for Original NGC Controller

First of all i want to thank 8BitDo for making this wonderful kit. Everything is laid out pretty simple and revived my broken old controller to new heights. The reason i'm only giving this controller 4 Stars and not 5, is the missing support for the controller on the original 8BitDo dongle. From what i've read, the dongle version 2.0 fully supports the controller on PC. But since i only have the V1.0, i'm not able to use the controller with rumble. If support is added i shall update this review to 5 Stars. Till then great THANK YOU to 8BitDo!

The best way to modernise your GameCube, while keeping the high quality plastics of the original controller. Highly recommended.

Prior to buying this I have purchased the SNES and the 64 controller mod kits and had a blast and loved them. I knew going into this it would probably be just as amazing and boy was I right. I love how simple these mod kits are and how well they work. Putting together two GameCube controllers and I could not be more happy with the results.

Had a controller with a bad stick, got this mod as a win/win, gained a functioning controller and it's now wireless. Install was pretty easy, especially with videos. The feel of it is nice too. The ONLY reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I can't change out the sticks for a pair of custom ones I have. You have to use the included sticks because the modules are shaped differently than the oem sticks. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a bummer.
