Perfect for my petite hands

I originally got another DualSense Edge controller to play my Steam Deck with but it ended up being a couch co-op controller for playing BG3 on the PS5 and wasn't as ergonomic for my small hands anyway. After doing some research, I settled on the 8BitDo Pro 2 and I couldn't be happier. It's small enough for my hands that I don't have to reach as much with my fingers or grip as hard (no more aggravating my tennis elbow). I'm truly happy with this controller and am excited to also use it with my Switch.

Already great controller with even better joysticks!

The Pro 2 is already great, and this is just an upgrade from that. You should buy it!

Dead Zone

I bought this for my Switch. I was very pleased with my first Pro2 that had traditional joysticks, the button feel is amazing, the texture on the grips is some of the best on any controller. This most recent one is still great in both of those areas however i have noticed a dead zone in certain angles on the joystick. I understand you can calibrate this on the PC but the switch does not have this same capability; if it does I have not gone through the effort to troubleshoot this issue. I still use the product and am happy with it regardless as it is not enough of an issue to warrant a return.

I had been looking at the 8BitDo Pro 2 for a while before pulling the trigger. I’m very pleased with how versatile it is and the build quality. My only gripe is that the rumble doesn’t seem to have a sweet spot. I feel like I can only set it as too much or not enough.
