8BitDo Pro 2 (Special Edition)

It’s a bit difficult to map the back buttons. But after I got it, it became my favourite controller for switch.

I've bought two of these, one for Switch and one for PC
Both are excellent and the perfect mix of an old SNES pad and a dualshock. Everything is responsive modes are switched easily and the dead is excellent. Have recommended this controller to several friends and ordered the blue directly from 8BitDo as loved the colour. Any tweaks can be made using the ultimate software and the rear/underside buttons are a welcome addition.

The green one is good everything works. The plastic isn't very grippy, it's smooth, but that's how the transparent colors are. They have to be to be transparent

I had an awful experience with 8bitdo on my last purchase. They shipped an item through an off brand shipper, who appears to have stolen the item and shipped junk instead. Despite providing evidence of this issue, 8bitdo has refused to issue a refund or ship a new item, and has insisted that they shipped the item through USPS when their own emails show they did not use USPS.

I am frankly so frustrated I will never buy from them directly again, and have told friends and family to ignore their products going forward.
